got reasonably large, neat room with refrigerator, microwave oven and air freshener. location: the hotel was close to memorial park, which had a playground and beautiful walking paths, the shopping centers and historic area. we had lunch in subway, located nearby.

The location was good and incredible, in historic area, in the nice area. Also, the hotel was situated 10 minutes walk from tourist destination an amenity-rich park.

the cleanliness was a huge issue with mold and smoke odors lingering in the room. but the lobby staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast had decent options, and the location was convenient for nearby restaurants.

The room was clean, internet worked good. Breakfast had real eggs, good selection. Staff friendly. Sauber, internet war gut. Fruehstueck hatte echte Eier, war aussreichend. Die Personnel waren freundlich.

Bathtub surface was old and peeled off at places, but was very clean, so it didn't matter. Baddewanne etwas veraltet, aber war sauber.

great access to parks and local attractions for weekend walks

I loved that I could easily walk just a few steps to Pottsgrove Manor and enjoy the beautiful grounds. Memorial Park was within a short stroll where I soaked in the views during my weekend explorations. The staff were super friendly.

The area was excellent, I appreciate that they had complimentary breakfast.

My room was not cleaned. I payed for a room that cost 215.00 for two days and the housekeeping was disgusting. My room was not cleaned at all.I Feel that I need to be compensated for my stay at least some retribution.

The room was clean and had great amenities like air conditioning, cable channels, and a coffee machine. Enjoyed the private bathroom with a nice shower. Felt safe . The staff was helpful, the TV worked. Breakfast was basic but decent with toast and muffins. Overall good experience.

The accessibility features were well-thought-out, like grab bars in the bathroom. The Christmas decorations brought a warm, inviting atmosphere.

More non-slip surfaces in bathrooms would help.

I really appreciated the clean room and friendly staff. The dirty hallways were a bit off-putting. A decent stay for a quick visit. Just wish housekeeping was more thorough 😊
